Our Heritage
Von Alyn is a private trust whose core mission is to support the Von Alyn Family Foundation's philanthropic legacy. For 55 years, we have provided educational assistance to over a thousand foster families in the form of scholarships, grants, and gifts.
The trust is supported through our extensive portfolio of real estate holdings, originally started by Augustijn Von Alyn over 140 years ago. In 2018, we became a DST Sponsor and have successfully funded twenty-one properties through 482 partnerships. As of Q2 2024, 100% of our DST properties have exceeded their cash flow projections.

We are very selective and only purchase properties with premium tenants, long term leases, and have affluent demographic characteristics.
OFFICE
We have the least exposure to this sector, which consists entirely of new or recently updated Class A property located in Central Business Districts.
